Uninstall extensions

Hello,

I've been trying to uninstall an extension on my Mac for ages now, and the extension menu apparently just vanished into thin air as soon as I need it. It's nowhere in the menu, nowhere in preferences, nowhere in sight.

Where is it gone to ? When will it be back ? Is it going to be okay after such an adventure ?

Menu: View. Or right-click on any extenssion icon to expand the menu.
