Opera Browser is getting like a complete joke

I feel like QUITTING using Opera for good. Every time I close a browser window, the browser automatically restarts and reopens the last closed window. This problem keeps happening ALL THE TIME even though there is only ONE tab in a window and no browser extensions. Even wiping out the profile and reinstalling the program did NOT solve the problem.
DEVELOPERS, ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS BUG BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR LIKE FOUR MONTHS. OTHERWISE, I WILL COMPLETELY QUIT USING OPERA FOR GOOD.

Hi @ucannotmakeitup, could you try if it also happens to you when using the latest Opera Developer release, which you can download from http://www.opera.com/computer/thanks?ni=developer&os=mac&utm_medium=sm&utm_source=desktop_blog&utm_campaign=desktop_side_bar for OS X?
The developer releases are unstable snapshots of Opera's work-in-progress. Running them will not affect your main Opera install or profile.

@avl: Opera Developer 36.0.2120.0 and Opera Beta 35.0.2066.35 works completely fine.
However, Opera Stable has just been updated to 34.0.2036.50 and the problem has still not been fixed. -

@ucannotmakeitup We're now at Opera 35 in stable. Is your problem solved? If not, we should try looking at what's specific to your Opera stable profile.
