  • Hello everyone.

I do apologize if I'm breaking some rules by posting here, but I'd like to submit a suggestion for the Opera team. I've noticed the 'Install an ad-blocking extension...' button in the Settings, and it's a good thing, it can be useful for some newcomers actually. The thing is that it redirects to Adblock Plus, which is pretty well-known obviously, but is also quite awful in terms of performance (and ethically questionnable on top of that). I think it'd be a good improvement if the button redirects to the uBlock Origin addon instead, which is of course available in the Opera Web store:

I do hope that the Opera team will listen to my feedback and make this better move with the next Opera 35 build... If they're not reading posts on this forum, would someone be kind enough to talk about this in this post using Disqus: ?

Thanks in advance, and have a good day surfing on the web with Opera.

P.S: Sorry if I made some typos, I'm French.
