Opera dveloper for Russian always open Yandex

Every time when I open new Tab then Yandex page is loading.
I try to change Start up page in settings but Yandex everytime opens.
Remove this shit from Opera please i think they added force for ads -

Strange, New tab always opens Speed Dial in English locales unless an extension is installed to change it ... check to see if there are any extensions which might do that on your system.
If you're going to post in the Russian section then you should post in Russian; if you prefer English post in the English section.
