[Solved]"Unable to connect to the proxy server" for ALL Webpages Unless Turbo Is On

This morning, I started O33 Windows 7, and I get this message for ALL web conntections I try: "Unable to connect to the proxy server" O12.17 works fine, but IE gives me this, "The proxy server isn’t responding •Check your proxy settings 127.0.0.1:57955."
Any help??

Nevermind, I figured out that I had my VPN working by mistake from last night and did not disconnect, sorry
