how do i delete old devices speed dial.

Bookmarks > Other speed dials.

You should be able to delete device folders.

i have used many devices and whenever i synchronize,the speed dial of that devices appear at the other speed dial and there is no option to delete them

The only way would be disabling the sync or using a different account.

Since last week sync server will remove speed dials entries for device while signing out (intentional or because of client or server error). You need to be online though while this happens.
