Importing Bookmarks Into Opera Mobile

I know about synchronization, but it is just not working on my tablet. So, is there another way to copy my O32 laptop bookmarks into my Android device. I can access the device via my computer, and have found the bookmark file from the O32 directory, and can if I need to export all my bookmarks as an html file. That being said is there any way to then put them in an Opera directory and add them as a speed dial for instance. I just wany my bookmakrs back, all was well this am, but Opera on my tablet was acting up, so I uninstalled it, and reinstalled it and now sunc is NOT working and I need my bookmarks.

Okay here's what I'm at. I have synchronized my operas and can't find my bookmarks on my tablet. I go to a new webpage and tell opera I want to bookmark it. Opera then opens a window and asks me where I want to put it. I noticed that all of my bookmarks from my laptop are listed there including all the folders. So obviously Opera has my bookmarks that were synchronized. Where are they and how do I access them so I can use them? Before I reinstalled this version of opera I would tap on the bookmark icon on the speed dial page. That would open the drop-down that had my bookmarks bar which I could then tap and there were all my bookmarks. I tap on the bookmark icon on my speed dial page now, nothing happens. So how do I get those bookmarks onto the speed dial page?
