Change the action of keyboard shortcut of showing Speed Dial in Opera 31

I updated Opera Stable to ver.31. And the action of keyboard shortcut of showing Speed Dial changed. In the case of ver.30, the action of this keyboard shortcut was showing Speed Dial in "active" tab. But in the case of ver.31, the action of this keyboard shortcut is showing Speed Dial in a "new" tab! (This is like the keyboard shortcut of opening a new tab of "cmd + T".)
I hope that the action of this shortcut become like ver.30, because I think that it is useful. Please!

Incidentally, I use Opera on Mac OS X Yosemite (10.10.5).

I updated Opera Stable to ver.32. Nice! But the action of this keyboard shortcut is showing Speed Dial in a "new" tab (like ver.31).
