'Task Scheduler' / Opera Updates Re-Visited

With both 31 and 33 installed, I see there remains the one(1) Opera Automatic Updater line in my Task Scheduler.

Does that mean the BOTH browsers updaters are triggered by what is in that command line?

Look at what it says in the actions tab of the task, it will tell you what program it is calling.
