Any method to keep the personal-configured order of extension with synchronization on in Opera 31?

Hi everyone,
I have a problem to ask which occurs recently since May(or June?)……

Is there any method to keep the personal-configured order of extension,where synchronization feature is on in Opera 31?

Because this problem didn't happen before until recently…

For a long time,I edited a file called Preferences under %Appdata% to re-order the buttons of extension, and it was worked perfectly.

However it doesn't work anymore since now.

Is there any solutions?

I've tried to disable Smart token handling for synchronization #sync-smart-token and Synchronize settings #sync-prefs ,but it doesn't work.

Opera is a user-friendly software.

Could somebody tell me how to make it re-order again?

Also, is there any methods to show more extensions in the bar??Extensions aren't be all shown.

i have log in my opera account on my friend phone and he still using opera under my account..so how i want sign out my opera account on his phone because its keep sync his speed dials

Number of extensions' icons depends on the screen size.
