How to replace current speed dial with one of my "other speed dials" found under bookmarks?

I had to reinstall Win 7 and lost my current speed dial. But it is listed under:
bookmarks/other speed dials/"my pc model name".

How can I make this my opening page speed dial? Can it be done? I hope I do not have to remake my empty speed dial tab by tab.

Copy its content to to the "speed dial" folder in the bookmarks manager.
