Opera 30.0 How to get rid of the excessive gray color framing on most all websites.

I think this started with Opera 30.0. It seems that almost everything is framed with gray coloring around the edges of the activity areas. It is really too much I know it helps focus but I find it annoying and overkill. I like my basic white.
I have NOT changed anything in Windows 7 to cause this. How do I change this feature, is it located in Opera flags?

Can you post a screenshot explaining better what gray things you're seeing?
