Speed Dial screwed up

I have Opera Turbo turned off.

Most of the time Speed Dial links just won't load.
The tiny circle just spins & spins & spins.
Doing nothing.

Is there a fix for this problem ?

It really upsets me.

That happened to me before on stable opera but it didn't with opera beta(while them both installed on my PC).After formatting my PC it came back working again.
