Unplugged from wall...did NOT work

Held open/close button for 5 seconds...This prompted reset....did NOT work

Held open/ close button for 15 seconds....This prompted reset, but ALSO brought up Opera's terms of agreement. Scrolled thru terms, & THIS WORKED!!!

I have a RCA TV and my Opera TV Store worked just fine for 3 months, and now it gets the 496 Error. I called RCA and they said it is an issue on Opera TV whose updating the application, but it is going on a year now and still no fix. I purchased the tv all due to Opera, and noone seems to have any answers, or update for this.

My error code 496 was on my samsung blueray.
