I have a RCA TV and my Opera TV Store worked just fine for 3 months, and now it gets the 496 Error. I called RCA and they said it is an issue on Opera TV whose updating the application, but it is going on a year now and still no fix. I purchased the tv all due to Opera, and noone seems to have any answers, or update for this.

@lgeisler Model is RCA DTV SLD58G45RQ-2015. I called RCA support, they stated that there is an update taking place on the app on OperaTV end, and that I will have to wait until they complete that update. Is that true?

When I bought my RCA TV months ago, the Opera TV store use to work, now it does not. I get a Device not Supported 496. How do I resolve this?
