Missing (View) menu entries

This is for 20.0.1387.64:

• File > Close Window
• Edit > Paste and Match Style
• View > Encoding
• View > Force reload this Page (!)

And most importantly, the Next and Previous Tab menu items are missing in the Window menu and can therefore not be remapped (System Preferences Keyboard > Shortcuts). This and the missing bookmarks and settings import tool precents me and surely many others from switching to Opera.

They should all be there in 21. (The second will be in context menus for input fields instead, though.)

Yes, along with other commands like Clone Tab, Reload, Copy Address. It would be nice if all commands were available through the menus.
