Opera Mini 16 beta 1 for Android

Hi!
Today we released the first beta for Opera Mini version 16.
In this version, the stop button is finally back to where it wants to be. Ever since we released the new “white” Opera Mini, many of you requested that the stop button appear in the bottom navigation bar, as it was in the old “black” Opera Mini. Now, it’s located where the forward button is and it allows you to better navigate with one hand.
For those of you on Lollipop and higher, we improved saving files to an SD card using Android’s Storage Access Framework. We’ve been improving the download manager more and more, so your feedback and suggestions are always welcome.
Lastly, we moved most of the extreme data-savings mode related settings to the main settings menu. If you want to customize extreme data-savings related browsing, go to settings and tap either “Page layout” or “Advanced”.
As always, thank you for being a part of our beta testing. Let us know what you think of the new build. You can get the Opera Mini for Android beta here: http://opr.as/e1x

Hello cutie, thanks for the update.
And how about an option to put the URL field at bottom (like yandex browser)? It would be great...

Unable to update or download on Lollipop. Comes up with error message unable to install after 3 download attempts and trying to install for almost an hour.

I likes Opera Mini 15 Savings mode menu. everything is available in one page, easily. Please don't change it.
I suggest activate Wi-Fi data savings and set Text size on Small, as default. -

I experienced installing problem.
in play store it keeps downloading but never proceeds to installing. I'm on lollipop OS.You know, sometimes play store just messin' up and I'd rather have alternative official source to download the apk. why not mirror the beta release to opera ftp?

I don't know about the latest version, but other recent versions don't let me scroll up, down or sideways. My 2013 tablet came with Opera Mini which works fine. Unfortunately, my tablet is NOT Touchscreen, so I need to use a trackpad and arrow keys to navigate. Any ideas?

@Varied2 mouse pointer ?
what is the tablet os version? if it's v 4 and up you could just plug a regular usb mouse.
and what tablet doesn't have touch input?I gotta mention here that apparently the new opera mini drop common hardware input.
I got wireless gamepad that I used to navigate my device. it got direction, OK and back function working properly. but when opening opera mini I got no response at all. so that's must be the cause.

on the recent version I noticed that e-commerce sites like amazon, ebay, etc are forced to load in high saving mode and I kinda hate that.
I know that it gotta be for security reason in purchasing, but what if I just want to take a quick look?I'm on 2G network for power saving and high saving mode just don't perform as good as the extreme. most of the time it just fail to load the page for reasons like empty response, tunnel connection failed, or just giving 'no connection' page.
So I got an idea, what about just advise to use high saving for credential-sensitive use instead of forcing it?
