Unexplained data consumption by Opera

Hi, i am using Opera on Windows 7 desktop, for the past few days Opera has been consuming unaccounted for 500-700 MB of my limited bandwidth.
I can't pinpoint for what, how and why is it consuming so much data and how to stop it.
I am using the following extensions - AdblockPlus, CopyAllurls, Download Chrome Extension, FVD video downloader and Web of Trust.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I pinpointed that it is Opera using Glasswire network monitoring tool.
Thank You.

Does Opera internal Task Manager (from Developer menu) display any network activity?
Another check - if you rename opera_autoupdate.exe in opera folder into something other, will network traffic continue? -

I did not know about the task manager, will check it out now. Have not renamed auto_update.exe,yet
How do i disable opera auto update?
Is there an Opera/Chrome addon that monitors bandwidth usage by addons, websites?
I have disabled FVD video downloader and monitoring bandwidth usage glasswire, so far usage is normal.
Thank you

Thank youThe same internal task manager measures many parameters (incl CPU and netowrk usage) by tabs and extensions - just what you asked
