      On older ILO pages of HP servers, I get this:

      <message>
      SSL server probably obsolete.

      Unable to connect securely to the server. This website may have worked previously, but connecting to such sites has now been shown to cause security risks to all users and thus has been disabled for your safety.
      </message>

      No way to connect to that server. Is it possible to switch that OFF somewhere? I know this server is old and obsolete, but I know what I'm doing. Now I need to use FireFox op open these pages. A better way is to let the user type the complete phrase "yes I know that this can make explode the entire internet" instead of completely blocking the option.

        You know what you're doing, but if it is a public server anyone could come along later and steal your credentials. That's why they disabled it…

          Of course. But make it an option. Do not disable it completely.

            I don't work there, I'm just another user (and forum mod). But hopefully one of the employees will read this. Especially if it is not a public server - say, it is a server on a corporate or home network which can only be accessed from within that network - there should be an option.

              There should always be an option. Opera should not think for their users and should not take their decisions, a persistent warning like FireFox does is much better IMHO.

              I have no idea if Opera employees are reading this, at the time of Opera usenet there were employees reading the threads, Eirik for example. It's a pity that the usenet server has been switched off 😞
