Lost bookmarks after update

I updated my Opera browser from opera-30.0.1835.125 to opera-31.0.1889.174, and all my bookmarks disappeared!! What the hell is that?!

I have the same problem and..........everytime I make new bookmarks, they disappear too!
Also, anything I add to my speed dial will also disappear! This all happened after an update
from 30 to 31.0 as well. Any help from tech or anyone would be great.

Distro and desktop? Do you have Sync enabled?
