Opera background theme problem.

After installing Windows 10 my background theme has changed and although I can change it back, the change only lasts until I restart Opera again.

I had the same problem under windows 10
ok here is how I fix it
Control Panel > uninstall programs > uninstall Opera
then go to C:\Program Files (x86)
and delete Opera folder
then download Opera again and install it..!!

that is how I fixed the Opera theme issue

But you must have lost your speed dial favs??

You can either back them up or enable Opera Sync to save them to the cloud.

yes but I save the favs in the notepad
