<![CDATA[Opera background theme problem.]]>After installing Windows 10 my background theme has changed and although I can change it back, the change only lasts until I restart Opera again.

I had the same problem under windows 10
ok here is how I fix it
Control Panel > uninstall programs > uninstall Opera
then go to C:\Program Files (x86)
and delete Opera folder
then download Opera again and install it..!!
that is how I fixed the Opera theme issue

But you must have lost your speed dial favs??
