Fails to install

I have tried installing both the online and the offline installer but both crash at the end with a windows popup states opera beta internet browser has stopped working. If I look in the install dir, some files are there but I don't even see a main executable file.
The offline is named Opera_beta_32.0.1948.4_Setup
I do not have the regular opera installed if that makes any difference.

Did you download it from blogs.opera.com/desktop?
What's your Windows version and anti-virus/security program?

Sure sorry...My '33 installed just fine and runs solid. Windows Seven.
I do run with NO A/V and Sandboxie 4.20... I disable the sandbox when installing a program, then re-start S/B...and 'no worries'...
Hope it works for you.
