Where's the Show Customize Toolbar Option?

The manual distinctly "Choose View > Customize Toolbar to reveal a set of buttons." Under View, it says nothing of the kind, just a reference to the bookmarks tool bar. Do I have to download an extension just to have access to my home page on the toolbar? And do I also need ones to control my fonts?

I have opera 28 and I keep seeing posts that refer to Choose VIEW, but The View selection is not available, where is it hidden?

When is someone going to address this very simple question? Is this Opera's level of care given to their product? I wanted a better alternative to the other buggy browsers. Seems Opera is no different? I am so sick and "blankin" tired of programs and software not working. "Clearly stated" just as the previous two posters said. In fact, so much of what you read in the Help section is complete fabrication. Jesus....

I'm new to Opera and feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone. I have Opera 29.0 and I have Mac OS X. Control Click does not bring up an option to customize toolbar, skins or anything else. And no option under View to go to Toolbar. What's the story???
