Good! The log-out and back in trick doesn't "stick" on my system. After a while, the oopsie problem recurs.

I have the same issue.
Please go to https://auth.opera.com and log out, then log back in.
This worked! I did not have to delete cookies.

Has been once just now - as I entered here as usual (a
httpsURL, not-logged to autologging -voila
).
I opened another tab, returned, reloaded - it got o'k.
