I have the same issue.
Please go to https://auth.opera.com and log out, then log back in.
This worked! I did not have to delete cookies.

Well, Opera 12 worked for a while.
It and now works better than all browsers

Has been once just now - as I entered here as usual (a
httpsURL, not-logged to autologging -voila).
I opened another tab, returned, reloaded - it got o'k.
