Slow startup procedure

Old PC 2008 model with Win7 ultimate but it takes around 1-2 minutes to open Opera 28.1750.51 with the cpu usage stuck to 100% all this time. What is the solution?
It was super fast before.

Open your profile folder (you can find its location in About Opera) and delete the three files that start with 'session'. Be warned this will clear any tabs you had open when you last closed the browser. Did that help?

Do you have many plug-ins, extensions, or perhaps one that you installed recently (or something else installed recently like anti-virus / anti-hack / banking / speed up software? Or many Speed Dials / bookmarks?

I think the latest change was a new antivirus update.Gdata. I do not know if it was the same date.

Try disabling your anti-virus temporarily. Does that help?

iT IS THE EXTENSIONS. I have adblock. fastest tube, translator. especially adblock it is too slow.

Get rid of adblock and use uBlock instead
