Old PC 2008 model with Win7 ultimate but it takes around 1-2 minutes to open Opera 28.1750.51 with the cpu usage stuck to 100% all this time. What is the solution?
It was super fast before.

Be warned this will clear any tabs you had open when you last closed the browser. Did that help?
