Hi, I can get into Amazon main page and the other Amazon pages that I have saved on my Opera main page, Warehouse, and Kindle, but whatever I search for I get a Malicious Site warning. This doesn't happen with other browsers.
Can anybody help me please?
Completely non-techie so words of one syllable very much appreciated:-) -

That is a false warning from Operas malwaredatabase (hosted by AVG).
Please give us a URL to see.

This is just a selection of the messages I get from the Main Amazon page, the Kindle page and the Warehouse. These are three pages that I have saved on my home screen, but it's the same when I go into Amazon from a fresh Google search. Once I start searching for anything from the Amazon search box I get the same warning.

Ah yes, i know this. Some of us user had this with erman Amazon days ago.
Sorry, but you cant do nothing.
This warning can not be fixed by us. That is AVG's job to remove the seite from their malware list.
On Own risk: You can ignore the warning by clicking the link on the warning page.

But they don't have Amazon as malware, it's the search function within Amazon that's giving this message. Also I don't have problems using Chrome, so for a complete numpty it does make it appear as though it's Opera.
Sorry - I did admit to being a numpty so I hope you'll excuse me if I don't understand very well.

Chrome, Iron and other Chromium-like browsers dont use AVG databases, only Google malware lists.
Please report the falsereported malware URL to AVG'S database at

Yes, all Opera users will have the problem for a few days until AVG has fixed their malware list.
