how to change tab cycle behavior in newest version?

How do I change the tab cycling from "tab order" back to "recently used order"? You used to be able to do it in advanced preferences (http://newburyonline.com/choose-the-tab-cycle-behavior-in-opera/) but I cant find that option anymore.

Theres an app for that.

Because Opera has a useful extensions system now (goodbye widgets) you'll find many of the features of the old Opera replicated using them.
