Oops! Something went wrong while displaying this web page

Hi all
I get the error "Oops! Something went wrong while displaying this web page. To continue, reload or go to another page"
This appears intermittently when visiting a web page (no web page in particular, I see it commonly on reddit & m.facebook.com) though.
The thing that causes me most issue is that despite the error message indicating that you can try again by reloading the page, there is no reload button. It's also troublesome that no HTTP error code is shown, so I can't share that information here. I presume this message is shown in response to any HTTP error, including 404 or 500....
Please make sure the reload button is shown when this error appears!! Thanks

- uncheck 'Allow mock locations' and/or APPS-'Don't keep activities' if is enabled (Dev options)
- experimental disable Android default browser and if random oopsing is off then erase USB storage from data/com.android.browser (most likely can't be deleted via app manager)
Oops error doesn't have a code because the problem is with Opera Mini (Max) transcoders or with app itself.

Thanks for the suggestions sagrid, unfortunately, the problem persists. Interesting that the error is a general error, rather than a HTTP error - I'll wait for an update and see if that fixes the problem...
Annoyingly, I can't reproduce it consistently so it's hard to pass on any useful information to the Opera devs..

Fixed: restrict wake lock permission (general not per app) for network location service. If there is a match for various devices then we can make a bug report.
