Is it just my computer? Just happened today.

Seems pretty broken. The layout is all over the place.

Sometimes you can clear up problems like these by cleaning out the cache files.

It works correctly here with 12.14. Have you checked to make sure fit-to-width is disabled? (Fit-to-width is toggled on and off via CTRL+F11). Also, have you checked to make sure a 'style' setting hasn't been disrupted? (In Menu > View > Style, make sure "author mode" is checked, make sure each of the 16 or so detailed options at the bottom of that pop-up are unchecked, and under Manage Modes > Display make sure only "show active frame border" is unchecked.)

You may all check to see if 'Opera Turbo' has been enabled in 'Settings / Preferences... / Web pages' and try disabling it, as that can sometimes cause problems with certain sites.
