I don't have an account at mywot.com, but I have just been to the site and clicked the login/register button at the top right of the page and did not experience any corruption either on the page or in the login panel. Using my default browser Opera 12.14 (32bit) on Linux, Ubuntu 14.10 (64bit) with the MATE desktop.

It's strange because it looks like all the images and CSS were stripped from the page. All i can see is text and some fields for data (login). Strange is, i didn't set anything regarding webpage display style. Also it's only doing on this page and no other, that's why i'm even more confused.

I've just tried unticking various things in the right click 'Edit Site Preferences...' just to see if it causes any of the problems you mention, but nope, page displays ok whatever I try.
You could try masking or identifying as Firefox or internet explorer, using the 'Edit Site Preferences...' mentioned above to see if that helps. I can't as the page is working/displaying fine for me.
You could also try installing 12.14 in 'Stand alone/USB mode' and see if the site works for you in that ?.

Nope, tried all that, tried different versions like you said, even tried 32bit and 64bit, they all do the same. Mess up the entire webpage beyond any level of usability. I just don't get it why only that page and not single other. So weird.

Looks the same for me! So it's probably Opera <12 problem.
Not sure how it can be ?. I'm running 12.14 and rejzor is running 12.17, which are both higher than 12. Though you don't say which version you are running ?.
EDIT: Oh btw rejzor, are you running any sort of ad-block extension ?, or maybe a host file ?.
Have you tried clearing cookies for that site ?.

The WOT page/log-in works fine here using 12.14 (with JavaScript both enabled and disabled, though it renders via a redirected page if disabled); also, my computer employs the "MVPS" hosts file download and still renders the site properly, so the hosts file isn't likely to be an issue unless you (or some malware) have been messing with it manually.
