Opera 24: Delayed display of pages

Starting v24, whenever I switch to tab I have not yet visited, the page is blank and it takes around 2 to 5 seconds before it shows the content (after those 5s it shows the whole page immediately). The tab's content should have been loaded a long time ago.
I've tried disabling the new tab previews and/or enabling the new settings option of delayed background tab loading, but no change.
In previous versions everything was fine.

Confirmed here with previews disabled. It did not happen before v24.

Hi, When ever i tried to view e.papers and article view ,the pages are loading very slowly,compared to other Chrome based browsers.And 'epaper.times of india' is not opening and asking for subscription and sign in.Where as with other browsers ,it is not so.Normally if you open the above site, in a place other than India it will ask for subscription.But in India it is free.But some how with Opera i am not able to view it,it is asking for subscription.Can any one help me.

Do you have Opera Turbo enabled ?, if so, disable it.

Same as Noxart, delayed rendering of pages. No Turbo. I also notice an overall lag when loading pages.

@evo2me Same here. Also, the Speed Dial feels very laggy when opening a folder. Does it happen to you?
