In the current version of Opera Beta for Windows, 110.0.5130.4, and in the one before it, a few extensions are reported as 'corrupted' by Opera. When using the Repair button nothing happens. Removing and reinstalling does not help, the extensions are still reported as corrupted. They obviously worked well till the next to last version update.

Extensions currently affected:

• Dashlane [vital for me!]
• OneNote Web Clipper

Ghostery had been reported as corrupted in the previous Opera Beta for Windows version but could be recovered with the current version.

I never used Opera's built-in solution, but with versions prior to 15 it was possible to set protocol handlers in Opera. Clicking a magnet link in a Web site then automatically opened the weapon of my choice. Since 15 it is not possible to associate programs within Opera; regrettably O v15+ [at least up to 19] will not even use the system's default for magnet links although correctly set.

Opera should quickly either correctly use system settings or incorporate its own protocol association feature again.

Windows 10

In Opera Beta the Acrobat plugin loads but does not display the file loaded. The plugin works in Chrome.

Lately Opera Beta crashes often on Facebook. Nothing more I can say about it.

The notifications Opera gives the user when something went wrong with a connection, i.e. a server is not available or the connection has been reset, are missing a proper title. Currently the say '[object Object]'. Pic at http://screencast.com/t/QfAmsi3Qnt6k

This morning I noticed the tabs opened on my Android devices [Opera Beta, all logged in] did not get synchronised with Opera Beta on Windows. As a first check I signed out on Windows and tried to sign in again.

Whenever I try it - yes, using the right credentials - I get a 'Something went wrong. Synchronisation stopped because of an error. Please sign in again.' I can try as often as I want, I always get this error.

Does anybody else see this? Anybody an idea what's going on and how to remedy the situation on my side?

Curiously it worked as expected in a private window, so I deleted all cookies related to Facebook [and Social Fixer, for good measure], which didn't help. What did eventually bring back propoer behaviour to Facebook in a normal Opera window was clearing out all browsing data. It appears something got corrupted.

First things first: FB loaded fine with the previous beta version [first v30]. I didn't change anything but going from the first Opera v30 beta to the second.

Yes, I do use an extension on FB called Social Fixer - I tried with it enabled [see above, worked previously] and disabled. The same goes for Ghostery and AdBlock.

To make it absolutely clear: Everything worked fine in the previous v30, nothing except the Opera beta version installed changed. The problem does appear with or without extensions enabled.

Forgot:

The Facebook drop-down to choose a page or friend to be autofilled in doesn't work [enter @ into a message field, start typing a name].

• Facebook doesn't load correctly. Icons in the top bar, like Settings and Messages, are missing; the More Stories button does not work.
• arte.tv doesn't fully load [top area remains empty/black, menu missing], links aren't clickable. We had the same problems a long time ago, though I can't remember which versions of Opera that was with.
