It's important to note that the various browsers use different rendering engines, and therefore may display minor differences in your website.

If you try Chrome, Bing will load like the second page.

I reported it internally.
Typical procedure is that Opera will contact Bing's guys to sort this out.
If they don't adjust it, Opera will patch the site. -
