Want to reinstal windows, and don't know how to save passwords in new Opera

They are saved in Login Data*. * but the file is encrypted based on your OS account.

Maybe using an estension.

Simple. Visit link.opera.com and login with your opera acc. Go to notes, save your passwords. Reinstall, then follow the above steps again
