Reporting sites that don't recognize Opera

You offer ways to report bugs and security issues, but how about a place to report just one thing: That darn message, "Sorry, we don't recognize your browser?"
In the many years I've been using Opera, I've probably hit one or two sites where things didn't work so well. I think once in a while I'll hit a government site -- and you know how governments are always on the forefront of technology -- where the site really doesn't work at all.
So anyway, I'm thinking of an item in the help menu that automatically detects the domain, then presents the user with a small space to type a bit about it. It's not a place for long-winded explanations, but just a place to inform Opera that maybe they could contact the developers and -- I am trying to hold off laughing here -- that they would take care of it.
