@successful26: Hi You can start earning CELO through Opera Rewards.

Since you’re in a supported country like Kenya :

Option 1 — Opera Mini
• Use version 99.2 or later
• Stay logged into Google
• Keep Opera Mini as your default browser
• Get at least 1 pageview each active day
• Be active at least 5 out of 7 days
• Activate MiniPay

Option 2 — Opera for Android
• Use version 98.0 or later
• Stay logged into Google
• Keep Opera as your default browser
• Get at least 15 pageviews every day
• Be active all 7 days

If you meet the requirements for the week, the stated reward is 0.6148 CELO, paid on Monday.

You can also earn Opera Rewards points through daily missions, browsing, News and streaks.

The CELO reward is sent to the built-in wallet, and Opera says you can cash out by sending CELO to MiniPay.

Honestly I really love the platform! I mean just using it for browsing you can earn real deal money! Other browsers can't do that!. I've been using opera for year straight if I'm not mistaken I actually don't compute, but yeah the important is I enjoy using this platform. That's it! Thank you so much!️️️️

@Wisdom123 Well, I'm not a software developer but since you asked my opinion, I'm inclined to believe it's due to the upgrade Opera is undergoing for a more accommodating ecosystem. It's a process that has resulted in some hitches, but it'll all get sorted out eventually.
