Check if your celo point is 0.6148 then the payout day is monday not any time before you can use the minipay cashout to cash out your celo reward i have also withdrew once and 300 points is = $1

If you haven't been redeeming for a long time there are two things you must do: engagement with every reward structure and make sure your email which is logged with opera is not logged in to another browser like chrome etc. this will help you.
