can't get all the resync

Hello,
I reinstalled Windows and logged back into the same Opera GX account.
My Opera Sync account still contains all my data (141 bookmarks, 66 Speed Dials, 136 passwords, 67 preferences), as shown on sync.opera.com.
Passwords sync correctly, but Speed Dials, GX profile, wallpapers and preferences are never restored.
"Import bookmarks and settings" always fails with the error: "Please make sure no other browser task is running and try again."
I already:

reinstalled Opera GX,
reset Opera,
signed out and back in,
created a new local profile,
verified that the correct account is connected.

Could you help me restore my synchronized GX profile?

@Shyroo For Speed Dials, did you check Other Speed Dials in the bookmarks page?

@leocg I already checked Other Speed Dials. It's empty. Before reinstalling Windows, all my Speed Dials, wallpapers and bookmarks were restored once, but now they're gone again. Sync seems to have overwritten or lost the previous data.
