      Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing a persistent issue with the Google AI Overview feature in Opera GX. When I perform a search, the "Reply" button (or the interactive follow-up option) sometimes fails to appear or disappears after a few searches.

I have already tried clearing my cache, which brings the button back temporarily, but it vanishes again after just a couple of searches. This issue seems specific to Opera GX, as I didn't have this problem on other browsers.

Has anyone else encountered this? Could it be related to the built-in ad blocker or GX Control settings? Any tips on how to fix this permanently would be greatly appreciated!

        Hi everyone,

I opened a request about this issue 15 days ago, but I haven’t received a response yet, so I’m posting again here in case someone can help.

I’m having a persistent issue with the Google AI Overview feature in Opera GX. The "Reply" button (the follow-up option) often doesn’t appear or disappears after a few searches. Clearing cache and cookies temporarily brings it back, but the problem returns shortly after.

It seems to happen specifically in Opera GX, and I don’t notice the same behavior in other browsers. Could this be related to the built-in Ad Blocker, Tracking Protection, or GX Control settings? If anyone has found a permanent fix or knows which setting might be causing this, I’d really appreciate the help.

        Thanks in advance!
