Ever since the Azure update dropped my in-game menu says "check enrollment" and when pressing it, it says "you are not onboarded currently" when i know i am and have already completed all 7 days. (3 days ago if i remember correctly was my last day). and i have received everything up to day 6, when i went to claim day 7 (Digital Rider 1x1x1x1) in forsaken it wasn't there. please help find a solution, my roblox username is noturnormaltraveller

I had the same problem after the azure update it would say not onboarded on forsaken. Can someone do it for me and redeem for me? User IanTheOneKid

Hi, I'm having the Opera GX x Forsaken verification issue.
Roblox username: DaBigFanOThinkIsBack
I've been waiting for 4 days. Every time I click "Check Verification", it immediately says "You are not onboarded currently."
I've already entered the correct username and waited several days. Could someone please check whether my account is enrolled or manually re-enroll it?

@Kaspro53 I'm having the same issue with enrollment, but this is my first time trying it i have not had any rewards with opera. i tried the workaround like how google said it (1. Open your Windows Settings (Windows Key + I). 2.Navigate to Time & Language > Date & Time. 3. Toggle the Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically switches to On. 4. Click the Sync now button under the "Synchronize your clock" section. 5. Restart your computer, open Opera GX first, and then launch Forsaken.) this did not work for me but you can try it if you want.

Hello. My Roblox username is dariyyyyy777i.
I installed Opera GX for the Forsaken event, enabled GX Rewards, logged into my Opera account, and linked my Roblox username.
In Forsaken, GX Rewards only says "You are not onboarded currently", and the website never enables Check Enrollment.
Could someone please check my onboarding manually? -

I deleted opera gx and I got it back thinking that it would save my things and it did. the only problem is when I clicked gx rewards and claimed all of them, it didn't give me anything. if an ai o =r a human representative sees this, I would like to change the username and have my rewards on that different account. thank you!

I'm having an issue with the Forsaken x Opera GX collaboration.
I installed Opera GX from the official collaboration page, activated GX Rewards, and entered my Roblox username correctly: elianmolodezky.
However, Opera GX still says "Your verification is pending" and "Onboarding is not complete yet."
In Forsaken, when I click "Check Enrollment", it always says "You are not onboarded currently!"
I have already:
Reinstalled Opera GX from the collaboration page.
Used the public version of Forsaken.
Waited for the verification to complete.
Confirmed that my Roblox username is correct.
Could you please check if my onboarding is stuck or help me complete the verification?

I want to collect the forsaken reward, i got the browser ready installed, but when i try to check enrollment it says that im not onboarded currently. Could somebody help? My user is Bro_stop036785

i am facing the same problem being locked out from the rewords even though opera gx says that my roblox acount has been sent the verification but every time i try to click check inrolment in forsaken it says that i am currently not on board witch is very confusing i hope this bug gets fixed

Roblox Username: itz_enderslime Device: Windows Issue: My account is completely stuck on the Opera GX Forsaken collab. I successfully claimed Day 1, but my Day 2 button is completely frozen and will not let me click it, even after a hard refresh. The Roblox game lobby also shows a "not onboarded" sync error. Can you please manually verify/sync my account? Thank you!

I've also been experiencing this issue.
I've already claimed all seven rewards but I cannot claim them ingame.

Hi, I'm running into a verification desync with the Opera GX × Forsaken rewards pass and can't find a fix.
I enrolled in Forsaken's GX Rewards about a week ago and everything worked fine through Day 6, claiming rewards normally. This issue only started after the Azure update rolled out recently, before that, Check Enrollment worked as expected every day.
On Opera's side, the GX Rewards panel currently shows Day 5 and Day 6 checked off, Day 7 unlocked, and my Roblox username FireRacer2010 displayed correctly at the top right.
The problem must be entirely on the Roblox/Forsaken side. pressing "GX Rewards" in-game shows the Check Enrollment button again instead of my claimed progress, and pressing Check Enrollment tells me "you're not currently onboarded", even though Opera clearly still has my account tracked and progressing. -

Hello I am currently stuck in the unverified onboarding loop for the Forsaken event. I have already synchronized my Windows clock, cleared the browser cache, and re-registered my username, but both the browser and the in-game button keep giving me the 'Onboarding not completed' error. Could you please enroll me? My user is Leonidas_fl if you would like to check please do as i have no clue how to put images on here
