i am facing the same problem being locked out from the rewords even though opera gx says that my roblox acount has been sent the verification but every time i try to click check inrolment in forsaken it says that i am currently not on board witch is very confusing i hope this bug gets fixed

Roblox Username: itz_enderslime Device: Windows Issue: My account is completely stuck on the Opera GX Forsaken collab. I successfully claimed Day 1, but my Day 2 button is completely frozen and will not let me click it, even after a hard refresh. The Roblox game lobby also shows a "not onboarded" sync error. Can you please manually verify/sync my account? Thank you!

I've also been experiencing this issue.
I've already claimed all seven rewards but I cannot claim them ingame.

Hi, I'm running into a verification desync with the Opera GX × Forsaken rewards pass and can't find a fix.
I enrolled in Forsaken's GX Rewards about a week ago and everything worked fine through Day 6, claiming rewards normally. This issue only started after the Azure update rolled out recently, before that, Check Enrollment worked as expected every day.
On Opera's side, the GX Rewards panel currently shows Day 5 and Day 6 checked off, Day 7 unlocked, and my Roblox username FireRacer2010 displayed correctly at the top right.
The problem must be entirely on the Roblox/Forsaken side. pressing "GX Rewards" in-game shows the Check Enrollment button again instead of my claimed progress, and pressing Check Enrollment tells me "you're not currently onboarded", even though Opera clearly still has my account tracked and progressing.

Hello I am currently stuck in the unverified onboarding loop for the Forsaken event. I have already synchronized my Windows clock, cleared the browser cache, and re-registered my username, but both the browser and the in-game button keep giving me the 'Onboarding not completed' error. Could you please enroll me? My user is Leonidas_fl if you would like to check please do as i have no clue how to put images on here

yeah hi, same stuff has happened to me. im missing the rewards for days 6 and 7, even though they show that theyve been claimed.

Hello GX Rewards, I'm having a bit of an issue with my Forsaken rewards since my game says my account is not onboarded in the game but on the rewards tab I'm logged in, I tried claiming the rewards for days 2-7 since I was inactive and it won't let me claim the rewards in-game. My username is bdogs9094

@dordob roblox account:tyber_9302 i've taken all 7 days of rewands in GX rewards forsaken only has veeronika in its inventori there is no chance (4th day) or 1x1x1x1 (7th day) plese check the logs and manumally distribute the skin!

I also have a problem with the gx rewards. I recently had a pc repairment and i had to reinstall opera gx but when i tried to claim the rewards, it kept saying that im not currently onboarded. My roblox username is maxiiiic1234

Hi. I have same issue. I've tried to connect my sons account since today morning and it's constantly saying onboarding not completed and on Roblox You are not onboarded currently! Anyone solved this issue? Or do we have to wait? My sons account are: Gniew_koMatt and minecraftrules16537
