please how do you guys redeem? My celo is showing zero balance but I have thousands of opera coin. I also have a mini pay account. The redeem uption is not working, what should I do next?

1. Main Issue: Missing Point Redemption Option
For almost two weeks now, the option or menu to redeem points on my Opera Mini application has suddenly disappeared from the redemption tab. This issue is quite disruptive as it prevents me from redeeming the points I have rightfully earned.For your consideration, my current Opera Points balance has reached 4,401 points, which is well above the minimum redemption threshold. I have attached the screenshot 1000011350.jpg to verify my current point balance and show the missing main redemption options on my account.
2. Evidence of User Loyalty & Activity (47-Day Streak & CELO Balance)
I am a highly active and consistent user of your application, which can be proven by the following points:Daily Streak: I currently hold a consecutive 47-day daily streak without interruption, along with the in-app notification stating "Kamu lagi on fire!" (You are on fire!) and my account has reached Level 4. This proof of activity is clearly shown in the attached screenshot 1000011352.jpg.
Supporting the CELO Program: I routinely and actively support the Opera Mini and CELO ecosystem by purchasing CELO tokens every week using the funds I get from redeeming my browser points into USDT stablecoin. To complement this report, I have attached screenshot 1000011354.jpg showing my current active balance of 78.46046944 CELO as proof of my transaction activity within your ecosystem.
3. Suggestions for Feature Improvements
Given the growing number of points for active users like myself, I would like to propose two suggestions to improve the user experience:Increase Redemption Limits: Please consider increasing the point redemption limit to multiples of 300 points.
Increase Redemption Frequency: Please increase the redemption quota or availability to 2 or 3 times per week, so that users with large amounts of accumulated points do not have their points sitting idle for too long.
I sincerely hope the Opera Mini technical team can look into my account, review the attached evidence, and resolve this missing redemption menu issue as soon as possible.Thank you for your attention, assistance, and hard work in maintaining the quality of this application. I look forward to your positive response and solution.
