YouTube Picture-in-Picture greyed out

basically, if you right click twice in youtube to find Picture-in-Picture, you will see it greyed out, if you use any extension they don't work, i tried 6 ones
version: 128.0.5807.78 -

@leocg just tried it in edge, it's working, also when i try it in the private browser of opera gx, which has all extrensions disabled, it didn't work, still greyed out
