Logged in after resetting pc and all bookmarks are gone from my account

I had to do a fresh windows install on my pc and I assumed that my opera account would automatically save my bookmarks. I logged in ready to open everything and everything was gone. I can't access any old data because the opera instance was wiped. I don't care about most of the stuff but i need those bookmarks. If anyone can help that would be amazing.

@ItsJustAPenguin And your synced data is still in sync.opera.com? Or you are saying that it was removed from there?
