Lost express panel after Synchronization

When I tried to sync, all my records in Express Panel were lost. How can I recover them?

Classic Opera.
The problem is that I clicked the sync button, which, as it turns out, I shouldn't have.
It seems Opera automatically saves all notes made in the Express panel.
The saved entries on the Express Panel are a single copy; I did not duplicate them.
