Dodatek Magic Actions - zainstalowane na Operze. Nieustawialny dodatek do niczego sie nie przydaje a wlasciciwe przeszkadza. Chce zarzadzac opcjami, to przekierowuje mnie na strone, ktora zostala przeniesiona. Nastepny adres nie istnieje. Najlepszym przyciskiem w Magic Actions to "odinstaluj". Mam nadzieje, ze dziala, nie jak pozostale.

Sadly, this doesn't work. Not in Opera at least...didn't bother trying in any other browser. It's unfortunate because it talks a big game and I was curious about checking it out. All it does is refers you to another website where it gets you to disable your adblocker so that it can throw dozens of ads at you and who knows what else in terms of trackers and whatever else...you click around trying to find the settings page, but it keeps looping you around through their website and sends you to a "this page has permanently moved" page. Don't bother. They even acknowledge all the bad reviews, but call them fake attacks. Welp! Sorry to tell you devs (and prospective other curious people looking to make YT cool), but from firsthand experience I can wholeheartedly say that whatever people are complaining about in these feedback comments is likely true because I've seen it myself. Do better... tsk tsk tsk...

@ahmed14z: use the version in the chrome store. Add the settings page to your adblocker whitelist. Still not perfect but at least vaguely functional which the opera version is not.

the settings or on top on the videos instead of on the bottom, how can this be fixed?

The app does not work on Opera at all, only way I found out a workaround was in these very same reviews. Not worth it in my opinion. All of their website must be out of date since i never found this information there and it just directs you to do things that dont even work or run you in a never ending circle

So the way I figured it out was, you just use the chrome extension's, so use the chrome extension for this browser and it will work, especially for gx.

Doesn't work on Opera. Search bar is blocked by Magic Actions own bar. And when I wanted to adjust the features, you have to go to a website and press 'load options' - the site updates and nothing happens. The options "window" doesn't load, even when I turn the adblocker off. So I suggest it's should be possible to adjust features within the extension instead of a website. Works on Chrome.

I found a fix for Opera!
I used this extension for YEARS with Opera, but the developer didn't keep this page updated. You used to be able to go to Chrome Extensions and get the latest version there. But then a few months ago Opera started to flag that version as malware. I eventually got Opera to allow MagicActions but you couldn't access the settings and some things wouldn't work correctly.
Today I Found A Fix!!
The developer seems to have a page at GitHub where the latest version is maintained:
https://github.com/Mixesoft/magic-actions-for-youtube-chromeDownload the zip, extract it, and read the readme file to see how to load the extension.
I just installed the latest Opera One stable (138.0.6044.24 as of today) and then installed the latest extension (7.9.5.6) and everything works like it used to years ago!! -

I forgot to add -- you need to leave Developer Mode turned on in the Opera Extensions page.
