Lost all GX settings, mods, extensions after following GPT instructions

Recently, my antivirus kept flagging Opera as a potential threat, so I decided to reinstall it. I wanted to keep my GX mods, bookmarks, extensions, and home page tiles.
I asked ChatGPT for guidance, and it told me to keep only three specific folders and delete the rest before reinstalling. However, after reinstalling Opera GX and restoring those folders, everything was gone.
Even though Sync was enabled on my account, it only restored one extension, and none of my other mods, settings, themes, or layout came back.
Can you please advise if there is any way to fully recover my GX customization? I would like to know exactly what Opera GX Sync stores and if anything can still be retrieved.

@sweetdomciax If you didn't make a backup of the profile directory, you probably won't be able to recover (all) your data.

@sweetdomciax What Opera synchronises is, basically, what is listed in opera://settings/syncSetup.
And not all settings are synced as far as I know.
